Senior Solution Engineer

Position Summary

The Senior Solution Engineer is responsible for all aspects of the delivery process and accountable for the technical delivery of the Intapp software solution. The primary function of this position is to translate a client’s business requirements into technical product capabilities and effectively communicate new requirements to the Intapp Product Management organization, driving the evolution of the product. The Sr. Solution Engineer also assists the product development team in troubleshooting technical issues that may arise during the delivery of the solution.Primary Responsibilities:

Lead the technical delivery of Intapp solutions built upon Intapp’s market-leading products (such as Intapp Billstream and Intapp Time)Lead clients to utilize industry best practicesProvide analysis of client needs and implementation recommendationsLead or assist in the review of requirements and business processes to design new business processes to deliver the solutionConduct configuration management and data mapping workshops as related to the proposed solutionCustomize the product solution to meet client specific requirementsWork closely with project team members such as the Engagement Manager, the Principal Consultant and other Solution Engineers to deliver the solutionWork closely with the product team to improve the productWork with the professional services team to improve processWork with sales to provide assistance in delivering new solutions to new clientsRequired Qualifications:

Experience with Elite 3E/Aderant FMS, including knowledge of development tools and methodologies, familiarity with core billing tables and processes5 years of experience in a technical implementation leadership role within the Professional Services in a SaaS organizationWeb services (SOAP & REST) and TSQL programmingFamiliarity with XML and JSON structured dataProven ability to learn and a strong desire to learnResults oriented, resourceful and comfortable working under tight deadlines with a demanding set of internal and external clientsSelf-starter with a demonstrated ability to multi-taskStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsExceptional interpersonal skills and ability to explain software to non-technical usersExcellent written and verbal communication skills are a must; this position involves a significant amount of direct client interactionTeam player with the ability to coordinate work with all team membersPreferred Qualifications:

Experience in the legal sector, in particular experience with industry-standard legal software systemsExperience with systems integrations, business process integrations, and automation, and master data managementFamiliarity with billing, time entry and capture solutionsSoftware development knowledge with a strong understanding of logic, patterns and algorithmsOther enterprise software systems (ERP, PMS, Financial, CRM, HR, etc.)Cloud and SAAS experienceIssue tracking system (e.g. JIRA)Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or strong related equivalent experienceWhat you'll gain at Intapp:
