Senior Business Systems Analyst/Developer

We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst/Developer who will be responsible for solution development for our Professional Services and Finance teams. The successful candidate will provide industry knowledge, best practices, standard functionality, translate needs into technical solutions, and understand the Intapp business.What you will do: Become an expert in Intapp’s Professional Services processes and systemsPartner with IT BSA’s and business stakeholders to understand enhancement goals and to define system solutionsAct as a Solution Consultant who understands current state business processes, challenges, and their supporting tech stackResponsible for development of Professional Services and Finance requirements – including, but limited to configuration of fields, workflows, modules, scripts, custom rules, reports, and dashboardsCreate and modify existing scripts and workflows in OpenAirMaintain DealCloud certification and implement technical solutions for Services, in accordance with platform governance team’s guidancePair understanding of the Services business with your deep systems expertise to provide strategic technical modelsAnticipate blockers and identify creative solutions to unblock team and keep delivery on trackTranslate desired business outcomes into an MVP feature set that can be delivered iterativelyDocument business technical requirements and partner with IT BSA’s and business stakeholders to design thoughtful solutionsEffectively negotiate technical requirements with business leadsProvide technical maintenance of critical business systems including OpenAir and DealCloud (OnePlace), resolve production support issues, and implement enhancement requestsSupport IT compliance requirements, including SOX, information security, and GDPRWhat you will need:OpenAir Implementation Experience (5+ years)NetSuite Implementation Experience a plusPrior implementation/technical experience with CRM/PSA Systems a plus (e.g., Financial Force, NetSuite, OpenAir, SFDC CPQ, SFDC, Provus)Experience with technical solutions for Services Delivery, AR/GL, Project Accounting, Revenue, and Services BillingDemonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational and interpersonal skillsStrong time management skills with ability to juggle multiple deliverables and deadlines in an Agile environmentStrong verbal and writing communication skillsMaintenance of Platform CertificationsBachelor’s DegreeWhat you will gain at Intapp:Our culture at Intapp emphasizes accountability, responsibility, and growth.  We support each other in a positive, open atmosphere that fosters creativity, approachability, and teamwork.
