Position Summary:In this strategic leadership role, the Director of Key Accounts will support the Enterprise Services business including Asset Management Services and Lab Managed services at designated accounts. You will be accountable for successful strategic, operational and commercial initiatives and leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:Service Operations and Operational Excellence

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and optimize processes that address customer needs and drive growth.

Drive accountability within teams, support functions and service providers to deliver towards KPI and improvement.

Demonstrate strong PPI (continuous improvement) leadership.

Willing to roll up sleeves and demonstrate role model leadership and can-do attitude.

Leadership

Lead Managed Services and Asset Management Services for assigned customer/s.

Lead and develop an impactful team that demonstrates strong accountability, operational excellence and customer focus. Coach and mentor for growth.

Accounts strategy, growth and profitability

Define, own, and deliver strategic roadmaps to achieve goals.

Deliver towards business revenue and margin goals.

Proactively seek and identify program expansion opportunities and collaborate across the company to grow the program.

Customer experience and satisfaction

Deliver on customer commitments, contractual agreements, and all aspects of service delivery.

Facilitate and lead discussions with stakeholders or service providers to drive improvements, deal with complaints, and lead change activities.

Lead Quarterly Business Review (QBR) discussions with customers.

Serve as the main point of contact for reviewing program performance and developing strategies and plans to drive customer satisfaction and value creation.

Qualifications:

10+ years proven leadership experience in a similar executive role.

Strong competence in strategic planning, operations, and commercial awareness.

Outstanding teamwork and negotiation skills.

Ability to efficiently implement standardized processes and technology.

Thrives in a highly matrix organization.

Passionate about leading large multi-focused teams.

Understanding of asset management services and life sciences tools and instruments preferred.

Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Demonstrate financial competence.

Physical Requirements:

Willingness to travel approximately 25%.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $136,000.00–$181,400.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
