Job DescriptionAs a Senior SDET, you are expected to quickly onboard and help build and maintain the quality automation framework used by the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Team. You need to be self-organized and self-sufficient enough to work with minimum mentoring and supervision. Understand customer scenarios and requirements to validate the best solution.
Design and develop high-quality test automation to increase regression coverage in a complex environment. Continuously raise the bar for QA practices and stay abreast of the latest technologies both in the company and industry, utilizing them to good effect. You will also spend time mentoring other quality team members on automation and best practices.
Responsibilities:
Help develop and own automation framework initiatives for the MFA Team, contributing to a sustainable and scalable automation roadmap to achieve maximum coverage quickly.
Understand customer scenarios and requirements to suggest and develop innovative technical solutions and tools which our development and QA group can use to ensure maximum Quality signoff during releases.
Continuously raise the bar for QA practices and stay abreast of the latest technologies both in the company and industry, utilizing them to good effect.
Help direct other development team members to utilize the automation framework to drive larger automation coverage.
You need to be self-organized and self-sufficient enough to work with minimum mentoring and supervision.
Qualifications:
BS in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience.
4+ years of experience working as a SDET/Sr. developer on agile teams.
At least 4+ years of experience in testing (manual + automation) web/mobile or enterprise applications.
Experience using source code management tools such as GIT, Bitbucket, Perforce, or equivalent.
Good experience in developing and maintaining:
Mobile/Web or desktop application automation framework, preferably using Selenium, Appium, or WinAppDriver.
Python expertise – The ability to get up and running with little to no guidance on how to write automation in Python.
Experienced in using/working with Pytest, Appium, TestNG, or similar test frameworks.
Experience with Active Directory and/or LDAP, MFA, IaaS, IAM, Authentication, and Authorization.
Prior experience testing cloud-based applications or working with an enterprise product.
Understanding of PKI, Certificate security, encryption, HTTPS.
Strong programming, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
Sound understanding of QA methodologies and the software development life cycle.
Strong written and oral communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in teams, across teams, and with management and other disciplines.
Effective team player.

The salary range for this position is $130,000 – $180,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
