Our goal is to empower at least one million women to feel beautiful inside and out by 2040.Position Overview:Role: Front Office Coordinator & Patient Care Sales Professional at 77 Plastic Surgery. This role involves managing the front desk operations and assisting individuals on their journey to enhance their appearance and well-being. You will also be responsible for contacting leads, scheduling appointments, and promoting our range of products and services.Location: Our clinic is situated in the Hayes Valley neighborhood of San Francisco, conveniently close to public transportation options such as BART, MUNI, and major highways. This is an on-site position.Compensation: Competitive hourly rate of up to $30, commensurate with experience and performance, along with benefits for full-time employees.Option 1: Full-time position, 40 hours per week.Option 2: Part-time position, working 2-3 days a week, with availability required on Tuesdays and Thursdays.We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Coordinator & Patient Care Sales Professional to join our dynamic team at 77 Plastic Surgery. If you are ready to contribute your energy, dedication, and passion to helping our patients look and feel their best, apply now for this exciting opportunity.Note: Please refrain from making phone inquiries regarding this position.ResponsibilitiesFront Office General ResponsibilitiesProvide patients with a great experience from start to finishAct as a lead receptionist and first point of contact with prospective and current patientsSchedule appointments, surgeries, and proceduresGreet, register, and check patients into and out of the officeEscort patients into exam rooms and perform basic tasks such as dressing changes and suture removalSchedule surgery and office procedures & treatmentsContact prospective clients and book sales opportunitiesSell products and servicesAssist with additional office dutiesAttention to detail is critical in this roleBeing able to multi-task (answer phones, texts, and emails, while checking in/out patients)Maintain a professional and elegant appearanceThere is potential for growth for the right candidateQualificationsWhat Kind of Qualifications Do You Need?You have a strong and dedicated passion for

at least 2 years of customer service experienceYou have
