The Cosmetic Patient Care Coordinator is a highly-organized and compassionate individual with at least two years of medical experience and ideally a background and understanding in sales. It is essential to capture, guide, and educate prospects from first inquiry (e.g. phone call, email, social media) through sales process and then guiding patients through an exceptional experience at our practice.
It's important to be detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills, as you'll also need to take patient information, scheduling appointments, and collecting payments.
They will also be responsible for managing patient records and medical documents, as well as communicating with other medical staff and departments regarding the patient's care.
The Cosmetic Patient Coordinator will help create a welcoming and safe environment for all patients, and will ensure that the highest standards of care are delivered with compassion and respect. Required Experience:Demonstrated experience delivering front-line customer service to a discerning clientele;Ability to provide high-level service with a positive attitude even in challenging situations;Work experience in a medical practice environment;A degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
