Job DescriptionThe Director, Site Merchandising will bring the Merchandising strategy to life on the website to drive the overall E-Commerce business and ensure operational success. This role is a key partner to our Product Merchandising, Marketing, and Technology teams to bring Site Merchandising best practices to life to drive product sales, education, and increase discovery. This role will lead the Site Merchandising team to launch products, bring to life Product Marketing on the site, and expand capabilities that enable better product discoverability and conversion.
QualificationsWhat you’ll get to do:
Develop and lead Site Merchandising strategy to drive E-Commerce business
Build framework for bringing our Product and Marketing strategies to life on our website which support brand, business, and site goals
Partner with Product Merchandising teams to bring to life the Merchandising strategy on the website, leveraging digital best practices
Build process for ensuring product assortment is accurately and optimally presented on the website to drive business
Analyze and monitor Product performance using data based upon site levers to inform presentation on the website
Develop ongoing hygiene process for ensuring digital assortment presentation is best-in-class
Collaborate with Site Experience team to bring Product Marketing to life across various site touch points including Landing Pages, Navigation, and more
Partner with cross-functional partners in Marketing to support the Go-to-Market story-telling for key products
Partner with Digital Engineering teams to align Site Roadmap with Merchandising capabilities needed to support business goals
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field and/or equivalent years of experience needed.
10+ years E-Commerce experience; including 5+ years proven experience within Site Merchandising, preferably at an apparel brand.
Strong understanding of E-Commerce business including KPI’s, best practices, and technical architecture
Strong data and analytical experience
Demonstrated ability to build strategies and manage cross-functional processes
Experience developing and leading a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Shopify Plus experience preferred
Comfortable with Site Analytics and Site Merchandising tools

The salary range for this role is $160,000 per year - $170,000 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
