The Director, Site Merchandising will bring the Merchandising strategy to life on the website to drive the overall E-Commerce business and ensure operational success. This role is a key partner to our Product Merchandising, Marketing, and Technology teams to bring Site Merchandising best practices to life to drive product sales, education, and increase discovery. This role will lead the Site Merchandising team to launch products, bring to life Product Marketing on the site, and expand capabilities that enable better product discoverability and conversion.Qualifications
What you’ll get to do:Develop and lead Site Merchandising strategy to drive E-Commerce businessBuild framework for bringing our Product and Marketing strategies to life on our website which support brand, business, and site goalsPartner with Product Merchandising teams to bring to life the Merchandising strategy on the website, leveraging digital best practicesBuild process for ensuring product assortment is accurately and optimally presented on the website to drive businessAnalyze and monitor Product performance using data based upon site levers to inform presentation on the websiteDevelop ongoing hygiene process for ensuring digital assortment presentation is best-in-classCollaborate with Site Experience team to bring Product Marketing to life across various site touch points including Landing Pages, Navigation, and morePartner with cross-functional partners in Marketing to support the Go-to-Market story-telling for key productsPartner with Digital Engineering teams to align Site Roadmap with Merchandising capabilities needed to support business goalsWho you are:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field and/or equivalent years of experience needed.10+ years E-Commerce experience; including 5+ years proven experience within Site Merchandising, preferably at an apparel brand.Strong understanding of E-Commerce business including KPI’s, best practices, and technical architectureStrong data and analytical experienceDemonstrated ability to build strategies and manage cross-functional processesExperience developing and leading a teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable with Site Analytics and Site Merchandising toolsAdditional Information
