This position will report to the operations manager and will be responsible for maintaining daily business operations. The general manager will be responsible for guiding general business strategies and working alongside upper management to ensure a great and lasting experience for customers of all ages. Manage daily business operationsEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsDevelop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and salesRecruit, train, and supervise staffHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptlyMonitor inventory levels and order supplies as neededCollaborate with the Kitchen Manager to maintain food quality standardsConduct regular performance evaluations for employeesRequirements
Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment managementProficiency in business operations and managerial proceduresStrong leadership and team management skillsAbility to interview, hire, and train new employeesExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesExperience in shift management and working as an Assistant Manager is a plusQualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality management, with a focus on entertainment services and bar operations.Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of successfully managing teamsExcellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and vendorsProficiency in inventory control and POS systems including SacoaJob Type:
