We are seeking a dedicated General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, food service, and management, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Duties
Manage all aspects of the business, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial performance Implement and maintain operational standards to achieve company goals Oversee inventory control, ordering, and stock management Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Develop and execute strategies to maximize profitability Train and mentor assistant managers and staff members Requirements
Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or food service industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting Knowledge of food production, preparation, and quality standards Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems Job Type:
