Experience with FOSSE POS, POS systems, and kitchen operations is highly valued.
Duties:
Manage shift operations effectively, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction. Lead and supervise the team in day-to-day tasks and provide guidance as needed. Implement and maintain food safety protocols to uphold quality standards. Oversee inventory control processes to minimize waste and optimize resources. Coordinate food preparation activities and ensure timely service. Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques is advantageous. Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar systems for efficient order processing.
Skills:
Proven experience in shift management and team leadership roles. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices. Proficient in inventory control methods to manage stock levels effectively. Skilled in food preparation techniques and kitchen operations. Familiarity with Aloha POS or other POS systems is a plus.
