Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff performance Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, quality control, and inventory management Coordinate shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels Conduct interviews and hire qualified candidates for various positions Uphold high standards of customer service and satisfaction Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to achieve business goals Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Experience
