Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our establishment in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service and hospitality, with a passion for culinary excellence and team management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage operations, enhance guest satisfaction, and drive business growth within both casual and fine dining environments. Duties Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food production and service. Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of staff to foster a positive work environment and enhance performance. Implement effective strategies for improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to ensure profitability while maintaining quality. Collaborate with culinary teams to create innovative menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies. Develop marketing initiatives to promote the restaurant and attract new customers. Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Requirements Proven experience in food service management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of culinary practices, food production techniques, and fine dining standards. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
