Because we were established for the purpose of public service and not for profit, we measure our success in the impact of our service.Position Overview:ANSER is seeking a Senior Intelligence Community Awards Specialist who manages intelligence community awards, updates intelligence community directive 655, and coordinates the National Intelligence Awards Program (NIAP), which includes correspondence with all Intelligence Community Agencies. Working as part of a team, the specialist will provide survey design and troubleshooting support to intelligence community partners. This position supports an agency within the intelligence community and requires TS/SCI with CI Polygraph level clearance.Day to Day Responsibilities:Coordinates the National Intelligence Awards Program (NIAP), including correspondence with all Intelligence Community Agencies.Handles logistics for award packages and presentations.Assists with setting up Award Selection Boards.Works with Genesis Lite Data Base.Interfaces with government stakeholders within Human Capital including Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA), Advocacy leads, and various Intelligence Community Agencies and program task leads.Required Qualifications:BA/BS and 18 years of experience, with 8+ years of statistician experience, or master’s degree with 10 years of experience.TS/SCI with CI polygraph.Excellent oral and written communications skills and expertise with MS Office tool suite.Proficient with Tableau.Experience performing workforce analytics.Experience conducting workforce planning and/or workforce mobility tracking.Process automation skills.Familiarity with federal agency budget-making processes.Familiarity with database design and engineering.Familiarity with system administration.
