Job DescriptionWe are currently recruiting for an Associate Director, US Oncology Marketing - Head & Neck Cancers. The position will report to the US Oncology Marketing Leader for Head & Neck Cancers. This role will focus on field execution and some strategy work related to the in-line portfolio business for head and neck cancers. The role will require outstanding leadership in several areas including strong collaboration across a matrixed organization, ability to ensure multiple customer-facing roles deliver precision execution against key strategic objectives, problem solving, and innovative thinking.

To ensure a robust marketing experience, with broad skill/competency development over time, this position is designed to be flexible and may focus on any aspect of marketing over time, based on the business needs and/or the capabilities and developmental needs of the team. The initial focus of the role is outlined below, but the role could include or shift to other aspects of marketing in the future on an as-needed basis.

Initial responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

Field Execution LeadSales Training PointField Communications/Field Suggestions/NBE LeadSales Force Targeting LeadProvide routine input into marketing direction and strategic choices, including seamless integration of all relevant aspects of One our Company's Experience into the field execution plan

Additionally, this role will contribute to the ongoing evolution of the HCP strategy for the unresectable, recurrent / metastatic Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma (HNSCC) indication for our IO product while working in close collaboration with the PO/OME 'Quarterback' for Team Cranium; KN-689 Launch Planner, and Scientific Strategy Lead on the Head & Neck marketing team.

Minimum Education Required:- Required bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business fundamentals, marketing and launch excellence competencies.

Required Experience and Skills:5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industryStrong relationship building, problem solving, innovative thinking, teamwork, and analytical skillsStrength managing complexity and multiple competing prioritiesExcellent communication skills and presentation skillsDemonstrated ability to clearly articulate strategic choices, opportunities, and risks while ensuring execution direction is clear and understood by all field-facing stakeholdersExperience influencing without direct authority and working successfully with cross-functional teamsActively seeks diverse perspectives and embodies an inclusive approach to all workRequires up to 20% travel, including some weekends
