The Associate Director, US Federal and State Pricing Initiatives, is responsible for monitoring the external policy environment and conducting analysis of our Company’s pipeline, product launches, and planned prices to determine needs for state transparency reporting, as well as providing relevant pricing information for required reports. The individual also has responsibility for customer and internal communications and works closely with several cross-functional teams including legal, PRT, compliance, field sales, IAM, and policy colleagues.Primary activities would include:Key contributor to cross-functional state transparency reporting team including:Monitor and evaluate policy environment for legislative, regulatory, or administrative changes that could impact our Company products.Conduct analysis of US price planning to determine potential state transparency requirements for existing and new/proposed legislation by state.Understand and communicate expected launch timing of pipeline products and assess impact on state transparency reporting.Creation of advance notices and required state transparency reporting, related internal communications, and gaining of approvals from commercial legal as required.Responsible for implementation and creation of required state price disclosures in coordination with appropriate PRT review and legal teams. Business lead and job owner for price disclosure pages on our Company's Connect website.Monitor and analyze competitive pricing activity in support of price disclosure content.Maintain necessary documentation (e.g. SOPs and working instructions) related to state price transparency workstreams.Budget responsibility for price disclosure and our Company's Connect promotional materials.Maintain and update annually rationale for approaches to new product pricing and annual percentage increases.Other duties in support of US regional pricing as assigned (pricing document development and support, etc.).Minimum Qualifications:BS degree in finance, marketing, analytic discipline, or other related field of studyRequired Experience and Skills:3+ years of commercial pharmaceutical experience in any of the following: finance, marketing, market research, market access, or pricingStrong communication, consulting, and collaboration skillsStrong analytic, project management, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and database managementPreferred Experience and Skills:Experience in a US Federal and/or State Policy or related roleExperience with the US market, including understanding of various types of payers, pharmaceutical vs medical benefit, and government prices (e.g., Medicaid Best Price)Experience with Microsoft Access and SQLLocation:
