We are looking for a
Head of Brand & Creative Services
to lead brand transformation for our
EverPro
vertical. At EverPro, we empower Home Service Professionals with a suite of innovative solutions that enable them to work efficiently, communicate effectively and thrive financially. EverPro is a leading provider of business management software, customer experience applications and billing & payment solutions for our customers in SMB services industries. As someone who is passionate about cultivating compelling product brands, you’ll lead the development and activation of the EverPro brand and further develop the brand transformation roadmap for the solution sub-brands within the portfolio. You will report to the Head of Marketing for EverPro and lead a team driving all brand activities, creative services, and organic social media.
Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Development:
Establish and refine brand vision, positioning & messaging to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Build the foundations to increase awareness, enhance EverPro and sub brands’ identities, and create a positive perception among target ICP audiences.
Partner with strategy, product & marketing team members to understand product roadmaps to generate a brand transformation roadmap with corresponding branding activities.
Brand Identity:
Oversee the development and maintenance of brands’ visual and verbal identity including logos, typography, iconography, color palettes and visual style.
Market Trends and Brand Insights Generation
Monitor emerging industry trends and market shifts to identify new opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Stay ahead of evolving brand, creative and design trends to ensure the company’s visual identity, messaging and campaigns remain relevant and resonate with target audiences.
Conduct competitive brand analysis and leverage industry insights to inform brand strategy, positioning, and creative direction.
Collaborate with internal teams to translate market trends and customer insights into actionable brand initiatives that drive engagement and growth.
Provide insights for and help to develop executive level presentations.
Campaign Development & Support
Align your team to collaborate with marketing leaders to develop integrated campaigns that follow brand & creative strategies and support business objectives.
Team Leadership
Cultivate customer empathy and centricity.
Inspire creativity.
Oversee a team of creative professionals and external partners.
Performance Analysis
Develop ways to track, analyze and inform the performance of marketing campaigns and creative initiatives, leveraging data and insights to optimize future efforts.
Operations:
Oversee central asset management and deployment.
Oversee campaign workflows (and Asana guidelines) requiring creative services.
Lead development of SLAs for all assets.
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
12+ years’ brand strategy and product marketing expertise, including strategic product and brand consolidation work
Deep understanding of SaaS product strategy development and implementation
7+ years’ creative leadership
Strategic thinking
Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to articulate brand vision and strategies to stakeholders
Highly adept at cross functional collaboration and project management
Where:
{REMOTE, US}The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation
:
The target base compensation for this position is
$180,000 to $190,000 USD
per year
in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
