Follow company procedures with respect to all essential duties and responsibilities of the job.Analyze and collaborate with foreign team members regarding optimal structuring and integration of foreign acquisitions and new foreign entities.Research and evaluate the organization's past, current, and potential international tax positions and consequences.Maintain current knowledge in international tax laws and regulations, assess impact of changes on the company and appropriately document conclusions.Prepare required data for transfer pricing reporting documentation and manage engagement with external advisor.Prepare the quarterly and annual worldwide US GAAP income tax provision in accordance with ASC 740, including domestic and foreign current and deferred tax provisions, effective tax rate reconciliation, valuation allowance analysis, FIN 48 evaluation and measurement and tax accounts reconciliations.Assist Director of Corporate Tax with managing the co-source relationship with external providers for the income tax return compliance processCoordinate, gather data, prepare and/or review supporting workpapers and reconciliations for the US and Foreign tax compliance.Manage and respond to federal, state, and local tax audits and notices.Research and analyze domestic and foreign tax changes in law and issues and appropriately document conclusions.Document and comply with department internal controls, policies, and procedures.Coach, develop and supervise team members including Tax Accountants and Senior Tax AccountantsIntegrate new acquisitions into tax provision, quarterly tax estimated payments and income tax compliance processes.Assist with tax planning and other special projectsWhat's in it For You?

Bachelor’s Degree in AccountingCertified Public Accountant required. Master in Taxation preferredFive to seven years of income tax experience, including three to four years in public accounting with a focus on global C CorporationsOne to three years of management experienceGrow, with us
