This role involves managing all inventory types (display, video, native, app, etc.) and sales channels (open exchange, private marketplaces, programmatic direct), with a focus on optimizing revenue across diverse platforms. The Senior Yield Analyst will utilize extensive data analysis, leadership skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximize revenue yield and drive long-term growth.Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of sophisticated, data-driven strategies to optimize programmatic advertising revenue across all ad formats and sales channels.Analyze complex market-level auction data to identify trends and actionable insights that will inform the overall yield management strategy.Act as a primary liaison with internal teams and external partners to implement advanced yield management tactics that enhance revenue performance.Proactively anticipate industry shifts and trends, adapting strategies swiftly to capitalize on emerging opportunities for revenue growth and to safeguard against potential negative impacts.Oversee daily programmatic monetization KPIs and ensure rapid identification and resolution of issues within the ad stack that could impact revenue.Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and effectiveness of reporting platforms (such as Adomik) by generating detailed reports on programmatic activity, revenue performance, and partner discrepancies.Design, and implement experiments to analyze performance data, utilizing insights to guide strategic initiatives.Collaborate across departments to uncover and implement innovative revenue opportunities aligned with the company’s business goals.Mentor team members and provide strategic guidance on programmatic yield initiatives and best practices.Requirements:BA/BS in a related field (economics, business, marketing, math) or 6+ years of relevant experience in financialanalysis, business strategy, marketing analytics, or a similar field.6+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a significant focus on programmatic yield management.Proven expertise in programmatic ad-serving systems such as Google Ad Manager, Prebid/TAM/Open Bidding,and leading SSPs/DSPs.Deep understanding of programmatic buying models, supply paths, and advanced techniques for optimizingmonetization partners through A/B testing and data-driven strategies.Strong proficiency in data modeling, with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets in Excel, GoogleSheets, and other visualization tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to bothexpert and non-expert audiences.Strong organizational, project management, and leadership skills, with the ability to oversee multiple high-stakesprojects under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.Self-motivated with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in yield management at a publisher or SSP.Familiarity with Permutive and experience leveraging first-party data to optimize advertising revenue.Experience with SQL and scripting languages such as R or Python for advanced data analysis.The L.A.
