Whether your passion is devising and driving large-scale change strategies, developing high-impact communications campaigns, or creating app-based training solutions, we cultivate innovation and purpose.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Manager, you will work collaboratively to deliver innovative yet practical change management solutions for a range of business challenges and transformation efforts. You will lead teams across change management disciplines, including communications, training, business readiness, and stakeholder engagement. You will also engage and build relationships with colleagues and clients, while advising key stakeholders in a variety of industries. Additional responsibilities may include:Developing change management strategies based on considerations of the client’s environment, stakeholder needs, and the desired future stateOverseeing the analysis of change and stakeholder impacts from the client’s transformation initiativeEngaging with client leadership to promote sponsorship and commitmentDesigning and delivering high-impact communications and stakeholder engagement campaignsEvaluating training needs and creating training tools and materialsConducting business readiness assessments, evaluating results, and developing appropriate mitigation strategies for sustained changeSkills and Attributes for successSome key capabilities you should be prepared to bring to client-facing and internal initiative teams include:Technical competence in our key change management capabilities and a practical/business-driven approach to solving complex client challengesAbility to generate profitable revenue by identifying additional engagement opportunities and building lasting relationships with clientsProject management skills and the ability to lead project work streams, from planning through implementationTeaming skills, including the ability to create an inclusive environment and serve as a coach to our peopleTo qualify for the role, you must have:Relevant professional service experience with a global management consultancy firm or niche consultancyAround 6-9 years of prior experience in Change ManagementA primary degree and relevant post-graduate qualificationAbility to travel regularlyIf you’re looking for a role that will challenge you, give you opportunities to grow and encourage you to own your career, this role is for you.What we offerWe offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $124,700 to $228,800. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California is $149,700 to $260,000.Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client-serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project, or year.EY accepts applications for this position on an ongoing basis.
