Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

to join our team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the HR strategy and ensuring HR operations run smoothly during this period of rapid expansion.About the RoleAs an HRBP, you will work closely with the VP of HR and serve as a strategic partner to the business. You’ll be responsible for supporting the HR needs of employees across multiple locations, fostering a positive and compliant work environment. Your role will be critical in ensuring smooth HR operations, supporting employees, and aligning HR strategies with the company's business objectives. This role will travel throughout Miami-Dade and Broward counties.What You'll DoServe as a trusted advisor to business leaders and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues.Support the company’s rapid growth by assisting in the integration of employees and operations during Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations across multiple locations.Foster a positive employee experience by building strong relationships across teams and locations, ensuring an inclusive and supportive work environment.Manage and utilize HR systems (such as UKG) for reporting and analytics to drive data-driven decision-making.Assist in developing and maintaining HR policies, employee handbooks, and procedural documents in line with business objectives.Work on HR projects related to the company’s expansion, including new store openings and HR system implementations.Address employee relations issues with a focus on fairness, compliance, and consistency.Stay up to date with HR trends, offering recommendations for continuous process improvements to support business growth.What We're Looking For10+ years of HR experience, with 5+ years in a generalist or business partner role.Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.Strong experience working with hourly employees in fast-paced, high-growth environments, particularly in retail, hospitality, or related sectors.Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and post-acquisition HR integrations.Expertise in HR systems such as UKG, ADP, or Workday, with a focus on data reporting and analytics.In-depth knowledge of employment laws and best practices.Proven ability to work hands-on with employees and managers to resolve HR issues.Willingness to travel up to 20% to support HR operations in various locations.Salary and Benefits$100,000 - $130,000 a year
