Saint Louis Catholic School in Alexandria, VA is seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as Director of Admissions and Enrollment. The primary job responsibilities of the Director of Admissions and Enrollment are to proactively work with school and parish faculty and staff to develop, market and manage all aspects of the enrollment process. As the first contact for prospective families, the director must enthusiastically recruit and welcome new members of the school community. Duties include working with prospective families by reviewing applications, providing tours, setting up Open Houses, and evaluating applicants’ academic records. Once accepted, the Director of Admissions and Enrollment welcomes families to the school community by hosting social events and developing communication that provides important information about preparing for the first day of school.

The Director of Admissions coordinates administrative tasks with the Assistant to the Principal and parish Business Manager related to re-enrollment of current students, enrollment of new students, tuition assistance applications and the FACTS tuition payments system. Provides up-to-date information related to admissions for the school website.

Ideal candidates must have a Bachelor degree, and previous work experience in Admissions process preferred; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
