We’ve got what you’re looking for.Job Description:Parsons is hiring a Project Director to support our growing manufacturing/industrial client base.What You'll Be Doing:In this position, you will be responsible for leading the local Project Management Operation and providing direction and leadership for every phase of the project scope to assure on-schedule task completion within or below budget, with excellent quality and in accordance with contractual obligations. The Project Director must have project, contract negotiations, various project delivery methods (EPCm, EPC, E/P/Cm), and construction management experience and be capable of managing a >$1 Billion in Total Installed Cost.Additional Responsibilities:Act as the Company representative with the client and selected subcontractors during the program execution. This includes reviewing and monitoring project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure they align with client program goals and objectives.Support the client Program Manager in managing project risks, implementing effective project controls, and ensuring adherence to established project management processes and methodologies.Facilitate regular project status meetings, provide guidance on project management best practices, and help resolve any project-related issues or conflicts.Oversee all aspects of Parsons’ site operations. This includes planning, directing, supervising, and controlling the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned project.Responsible for executing project plans to key subordinates after careful assessment of how to utilize their qualifications and strengths.Oversee establishment of Project Execution Plan, Communications Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as required.Work with other managers, project engineers, and discipline leads to develop budgets, schedules, and plans for the various elements of a project.Work with the key project individual to devise and execute action plans to rectify potential cost overruns or delays, or to accommodate significant changes to the scope of work. Advise the client and company management of any such changes.Monitor and report to management on the progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones, and any conditions that would affect project cost or schedule. Establish weekly meetings to review project status and formulate action items.Perform other responsibilities related to PMO as appropriate.What Required Skills You'll Bring:Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical/business field and typically 20+ years of related work experience.Project and construction management experience on similar or related large-scope project types.Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization. The ability to communicate ideas and concepts in a clear, compelling way.Well versed with MS-Office Products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, PowerBI Dashboard, TEAMS).Professional registration is highly desirable.Additional Skill/Competencies:

Incumbent must meet Parsons’ project management certification requirements or industry-recognized equivalent. Proven ability to perform in a management capacity, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations are also required. In addition, must be knowledgeable of current technology and how it can be effectively utilized on the project.Minimum Clearance Required to Start:
