Join our team and make a difference in the lives of young children! New Creation Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Program Director to lead our childcare center. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development, early childhood education principles, and a proven track record in leadership and management. Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring compliance with all OEC/NAEYC/AQIS regulations. Develop and implement curriculum and programs that promote the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of children. Hire, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment. Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, providing open communication and support. Collaborate with Foundation Executive Staff to manage budgets, marketing, and enrollment, ensuring the financial stability and growth of the center. Qualifications: Education: BA or AA degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a director in a childcare setting. Certifications: CDPD and CDA. Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education principles. Business acumen and familiarity with licensing requirements and health and safety regulations.
