Job DescriptionCSCI is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior SAP S/4HANA Functional User to join our team. In this entry-level position, you will support the business operations by leveraging SAP S/4HANA functionalities to improve processes and drive efficiency. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with SAP solutions in a collaborative environment.ResponsibilitiesAssists with daily operations and support of SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g. Finance, Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain).Collaborate with end-users to gather requirements, resolve issues, and provide training on SAP functionalities.Participate in the testing and validations of SAP S/4HANA enhancements and upgrades.Document business processes, user manuals, and training materials for end-users.Conduct data entry, data validation, and generate reports as needed.Assist in troubleshooting any functional issues.Support the integration of business processes across different departments using SAP S/4HANA.Stay current with SAP updates and industry best practices.Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.A minimum of 3 years' relevant (SAP) professional experience.Basic understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its core functionalities.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and adapt.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.Preferred SkillsPrevious experience of Navy ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system and DON organization is highly preferred.Capability to work in a team environment, as well as independently.Ability to maintain a positive relationship with customers and other vendors.Demonstrated ability to comply with data standards and policies.Possess motivation to learn new technologies and methodologies that demonstrate value.About CSCICSCI is an award-winning information technology and financial management consulting firm founded on one simple philosophy: “Do what is right, always.” We apply this philosophy across all elements of our growing business, from delivering world-class services for customers to providing an environment for associates that encourages personal and professional growth.
