To successfully execute customer’s requirements, ADI employs multiple information technology tools to assist with communications to the workforce requirements collection, online course content, and internal resource management.The Office of Logistics & Global Readiness (LOG) delivers full spectrum, accountable logistics, and ensures global readiness to provide timely intelligence to our Agency’s leadership, Intelligence Community partners and the warfighter. LOG uses SharePoint sites and Tableau applications to post information regarding operations support, enterprise services, expeditionary readiness, global readiness, the logistics fusion center, and supply chain risk management.IT Concepts, Inc. (ITC) is seeking an experienced

SharePoint Developer/Administrator

to support the ADI LOG office to maintain and sustain the LOG internal and external SharePoint sites. To provide support in communication initiatives to include posting relevant logistics information on multiple SharePoint sites and other communication mediums. Shall create, maintain, and troubleshoot portal and internal SharePoint Business Process Automation capabilities as needed for other office activities complementary to the LOG core database functionalities. Additional responsibilities include:Maintenance/sustainment/administration of existing and new client SharePoint sites and subsites, lists, libraries, web parts, and content (including pages, workflows, and items)Design and implement complimentary functionality for customer subsites, lists, libraries, and contentDevelop custom workflows using SharePoint Designer as well as assist with defining, coding, testing, and implementing solutionsDevelop and manage master pages and other reusable SharePoint componentsProvide advice, support and training on any items relating to permissions, site ownership, document management, forms, and workflowsClearly document the analysis of any problems and the solutions used to resolve themCommunicate the status of issues to users and managementProvide end user support primarily as related to SharePoint (resolve issues/requests)Participate in analysis efforts to design enhancements or solve existing SharePoint issuesAssist in the design of technical approaches to deliver future capabilitiesMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in IT-related field3-5+ years SharePoint development and administration experienceExperience in SharePoint 2013, 2016, and 2019Experience with the MS Office 365 environment (Notepad/Teams/SharePoint, etc.)Experience migrating existing SharePoint Site Collections to newer versions of SharePointMust have hands-on experience using SharePoint Designer to maintain and develop complex custom workflowsMust have experience implementing JavaScript, CAML queries, and REST services to enhance usability and performanceMust have experience providing end user support functions5+ years of expert level Business Analysis skillsProvide helpdesk support to SharePoint users (tracking, responding to and resolving)Ability to analyze complex requirements and recommend development or acquisition strategies of new appropriate technology solutionsAbility to assist in the development of strategic plans and conceptsProvide guidance and act in a consulting and/or advisory capacity in the implementation of highly specialized, leading edge information technologies, methodologies, and software toolsExperience working in support of Government agencies and the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) is preferred (Dept. of Defense Intelligence Information System [DODIIS] and Defense Information Systems Agency [DISA])Ability to work with limited supervisionStrong verbal and written communication skillsProcess improvement/automation experienceExperience working with Power BI (or Tableau), Power Apps, and Power AutomateExperience creating Quick Reference Guides, Job Aides, and other training materialClearance:
