We seek a highly skilled

Salesforce Health Cloud Architect

to join our team. The role involves developing and customizing Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to meet business needs, ensuring seamless integration, and enhancing user experience.Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.Hands-on prior experience working as an architect in a Salesforce implementation project.Play a technical leadership role on a Healthcare & Life Sciences Salesforce project.Work with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to implement, integrate, and maintain Salesforce solutions.Responsible for Salesforce integration and implementation, including architecture, design, system testing, and user acceptance testing.Document technical requirements, architect, design, build, and integrate the Salesforce solution.Split time between Salesforce development and coordinating the development team's efforts.Guide and mentor developers and communicate closely with the project team and practice leadership.Lead and own all technical aspects of Salesforce Health Cloud implementations and/or customizations.Lead contact center implementation on Health Cloud using Service Cloud capabilities, omnichannel experience, and CTI integration.Design solutions and lead teams developing, testing, and supporting custom Salesforce solutions.Build solutions on Health Cloud using Einstein Recommendations & Next Best Actions.Identify ways to apply out-of-the-box Health Cloud capabilities to improve business processes and efficiency.Define, communicate, and lead a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates.Good to have skills: A minimum of 15+ years of experience is required.Salesforce Health Cloud experience is a MUST.Added Advantage: Salesforce Health Cloud Certification.Why Cognizant Salesforce
