We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Payroll and Human Resources Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Position Overview:
As the Automotive Payroll and Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of human resources and payroll functions within our organization. You will oversee recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and payroll processing to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our workforce. Only looking for experienced individuals for this position, pay will be determined on the level of experience.
Responsibilities:
Process payroll accurately and timely, including wage calculations, deductions, and tax filings 3 times a month.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and on boarding of new hires.
Oversee employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Maintain employee records and HR databases to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Provide HR support and guidance to employees and management on various HR-related matters.
Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience inpayroll processing and HRIS systems; knowledge of Reynolds DMS software is a plus.
Proven experience withhuman resources management, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and EEO.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple HR functions simultaneously.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software applications.
