The position is telework eligible consistent with the Agency’s telework and remote work program policy.This position is located in the Office of Finance and Operations (OFO), Office of Human Resources (OHR), Business Administrative Services Division (BASD). As the Administrative Officer, the incumbent fully participates with the management officials within the Principal Office on planning, development and coordination of all administrative and management services.Minimum Qualification Requirements
You may meet the minimum qualifications for the GS-15, if you possess the specialized experience.Specialized Experience for the GS-15
One year of experience in either federal or non-federal service that is equivalent to at least a GS-14 performing two (2) out of three (3) of the following duties or work assignments:Experience working with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic goals and targets to accomplish the organization’s priorities regarding all administrative program areas such as budget formulation and execution, and Human Capital (Human Resources) Management.Experience interpreting and administering federal laws regulations, policies, and procedures in all administrative program areas, including budget formulation and execution; contracts administration and Human Capital (Human Resources) Management.Experience managing an administrative budget and developing and recommending meaningful alternatives to help meet the mission to ensure an organization remains a high-performing.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
The quality of your experience will be measured by the extent to which you possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs).
