The Cyber DLP team at Freddie Mac has an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to bring their passion and relevant background to support the mission of protecting Freddie Mac data at an Analyst II level.Our Impact:
Our team is responsible for:Continuously increasing DLP coverage across the organization via multiple toolsMaintaining an effective end-to-end process for turning around intake requests received from partners across the organizationDefining technical content-based inspection rules in DLP tools, ensuring detections get routed to monitoring/response processes in accordance with defined internal procedures and controlsCreating new and maintaining existing process documentationDefining metrics and supporting reporting needs across the organizationAddressing risks and open issues that apply to our processYour Impact:
Define new and enhance existing DLP policies/rules to continuously increase DLP Program coverage via multiple detection technologies in accordance with established processesTune DLP policies on a continuous basis and apply exclusions to existing policies in accordance with established processes to maintain a mature set of policies within the scope of the DLP ProgramSupport the Cyber DLP team in further expanding upon the established DLP Program by defining additional processes/controls for continuous risk reduction/issue remediation purposes, and to meet the objectives of the DLP ProgramPartner with required stakeholders to remediate DLP design, process, and technology gapsPartner with Cyber Security Operations teams as needed to enhance DLP monitoring/response on an ongoing basisProvide support in defining and building upon metrics to measure effectiveness and efficiency of the Program, and support reporting needs across the organizationBuild, develop, and maintain relationships with internal and external partners and vendors to formulate DLP solutions for Freddie MacSupport the team in governance, risk and audit activities as requiredQualifications:
3+ years of experience in the Cyber Security/Information Technology industry2+ years of DLP policy definition and analysis experience in on-prem and cloud technology (desired)Ability to communicate effectively, persuasively, and credibly with internal management and partners/stakeholdersExperience working with Splunk (desired)Ability to adapt, work in and thrive in a frequently changing environmentExcellent teaming skillsCertifications relevant to the Cyber Security industry (desired)Keys to Success in this Role:

site.This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $85,000 - $127,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
