Can you identify, integrate, map, and monitor complex and disparate data flows? Imagine yourself working on top-level, critical mission sets alongside other seasoned professionals. Parsons is now hiring a junior-level Data Engineer with a passion for innovation and solving mission critical challenges to support our US Army Pacific (USARPAC) customer.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:Conduct exploratory data analysis to communicate qualitative and quantitative findings to analystsImplement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to move data from source systems to target storage systemsDevelop, run, package, and test Python scriptsProcess and fuse structured and unstructured dataIdentify solutions within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment in team sprint cyclesREQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience1+ years of Python experienceExperience with distributed version control systems (VCS)Experience with the entire ETL/ELT pipeline, including data ingestion, data normalization, data preparation, and database designExperience with data engineering projects supporting data science and AI/ML workloadsTS/SCI CI POLY clearance requiredPREFERRED EXPERIENCE:CI Poly highly desiredFamiliarity with the INDOPACOM AORExposure to PalantirExperience with AWS and/or similar cloud computing servicesBackground supporting the intelligence communityMinimum Clearance Required to Start:
