We're looking for independently driven and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in Clinical Operations. Your day-to-day roles will involve engaging with patients, managing workflows, and coordinating care.What you'll do:

Support clinical growth and innovation through evaluation of market- and clinical best practices, translating these insights into recommendations to inform our roadmap.Monitor and analyze service line performance, reviewing existing data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and partnering with Clinical, Product, Care, and Data teams to drive execution.Utilize SQL to analyze provider KPIs and drive product decisions.Interface directly with our care team to guide provider concerns.Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree (new grads encouraged to apply).Ability to work full-time, in-office in downtown SF office.Experience with EHR and HIPAA.Detail-oriented.The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000/year and $90,000/year.Apply for this job#J-18808-Ljbffr
