Providence Medical Group's Doctors Clinic is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its well-established primary care clinic in Medford, Oregon. Our age-friendly clinic supports senior health and features a primary care medical home setting and multidisciplinary team including medical assistants, patient relations representatives, psychologist, clinical pharmacy specialist, nursing, case management, dietitian, and a social outreach representative.
