Providence Medical Group's Doctors Clinic is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its well-established primary care clinic in Medford, Oregon. Our age-friendly clinic supports senior health and features a primary care medical home setting and multidisciplinary team including medical assistants, patient relations representatives, psychologist, clinical pharmacy specialist, nursing, case management, dietitian, and a social outreach representative. Join our diverse team and experience all Southern Oregon has to offer while practicing compassionate medicine.Position Details:Full-time position, 1.0 FTE (flexible to hire 0.80 FTE, 0.90 FTE, or 1.0 FTE)Paneled position; outpatient care onlyOption to work either 4 or 5 days per weekCollegial team with 4 Physicians and 4 APPsCompetitive compensation package includes guaranteed base salary, incentives, signing bonus, and relocation assistance.Standard Employed Provider Benefits Package, including PTO, Health, Life, Dental, Vision, Disability and Malpractice.
