The Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner (CPP) will work under the general supervision of their Medical Director, all physician partners, and their APP Manager, in WakeMed Physician Practices to deliver competent medical care to patients at WakeMed. This position can consist of both inpatient and outpatient care depending on the needs of the service and is outlined in the clinical job expectations. Responsibilities may include:

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy Required
Experience
2 Years Fellowship/Internship/Residency in a Related Area and 3 Years Clinical Ambulatory Care Preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr

- Completion of referrals and consults
- Daily patient rounds
- Daily notes and clinic notes
- Pre and post procedure care
- Prescribing and patient care follow-ups
