We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with a proven track record of identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities for our client's Project Management Practice. The ideal candidate is a strategic sales leader who can aggressively expand market presence while leveraging their extensive network and industry expertise to drive significant revenue growth.Primary Objectives

Aggressively pursue and secure new accounts in target industriesExpand the Project Management Practice through strategic business development initiativesCultivate and leverage a robust professional network to identify and close high-value opportunitiesEssential Functions

Business Development & Sales

Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, focusing on high-value, strategic accountsLead complete sales cycles from initial contact through contract negotiation and closureConsistently meet or exceed new business targets and revenue goalsMaintain a robust pipeline of opportunities with accurate forecastingDemonstrate a "hunter" mentality through continuous prospecting and qualificationDevelop and execute go-to-market strategies for new account penetrationStrategic Leadership

Create and implement innovative account strategies to expand market shareMove deals up the services/consulting value chainDevelop proposals, RFP responses, and presentations that effectively communicate value propositionCollaborate with internal teams to develop tailored client solutionsStay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunitiesExperience

10+ years of Business Development experience in one or more industries:Oil & GasUtilitiesManufacturingHeavy IndustrialArchitecture & Construction5+ years of Services business development experience managing large customer accountsProven track record in Project Management outsourcing/consulting engagementsTechnical Expertise

Experience in Project Management areas including:Full Project Lifecycle ManagementProject Planning & ControlsProject Quality & SafetyConstruction & Field ManagementOutage & Turnaround SupportArchitectural Modeling & DocumentationProcurement & Supply ChainExperience driving revenue within EPC model (Engineering, Procurement, Construction)Proficiency in Microsoft Office suiteExperience with Salesforce (preferred)Education & Skills

Bachelor's degree requiredExcellent communication skills with executive presentation abilityStrong knowledge of engineering, utility, and energy sectorsDemonstrated ability to align customer goals with solution offeringsAdditional Requirements

Willingness to travel up to 50% within the USProject Management Consulting experience preferredStrong documentation and organizational skillsPerformance Expectations
