The role focuses on building and maintaining strategic relationships, winning new contracts, and fostering business opportunities with key decision-makers. Key Responsibilities: Revenue Growth:
Achieve and exceed sales targets by securing new contracts and developing long-term client partnerships in the Automotive domain. Sales Strategy Execution:
Drive sales of PES to the Automotive and Transportation sectors, leveraging market insights and a consultative sales approach. Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture relationships with C-suite executives to unlock new market opportunities and expand business reach. Forecasting & Monitoring:
Accurately predict and achieve annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue targets, while continuously tracking progress and identifying areas for growth. Contract Negotiation:
Manage negotiations of contractual terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and smooth project transitions with technical and proposal teams. Pipeline Development:
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation efforts. Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance the sales process and explore new business opportunities. Delivery Model Expertise:
Demonstrate a strong understanding of offshore and global delivery models to align service offerings with client needs. Requirements Requirements: Experience:
10–15 years of professional experience, including 5–10 years in business development within the US market. Domain Expertise:
4–6 years of hands-on experience selling engineering services within the Automotive sector. Leadership Skills:
Team management experience is a strong advantage. Key Competencies:
