Since 1885, we’ve been at the forefront of making buildings more intelligent, and our innovation, expertise, and global reach have only expanded. Today, we offer the most extensive portfolio of building products, technologies, software, and services, helping to transform the spaces where people live, work, learn, and play.
We believe smarter buildings lead to safer, more comfortable, and energy-efficient environments. Our goal is to empower organizations to focus on their mission while enhancing sustainability, reducing waste, and advancing carbon neutrality.
Sustainability is at the core of what we do. We are investing 75% of new product development R&D into climate-related innovations and are committed to achieving net zero carbon emissions by 2040—just one of the many ways we’re working toward a better future.
