Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Non-Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various non-technical positions within the company. You will work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to finish. Your ability to build relationships, assess candidates effectively, and manage multiple recruitment processes will be key to your success.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Mainly focus on non-tech roles like sales and operations recruitment.
Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Conduct thorough screening and assessment of applicants to ensure they meet the required qualifications and cultural fit.
Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and via video conferencing platforms.
Coordinate and participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities to promote WeBox as an employer of choice.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job ads to extending offers and negotiating employment terms.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role.
Experience in recruiting for the food industry or gig economy is a plus.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong ability to evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
