Program Manager

for our 6-9-month contract opening. 100% remote work.HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN

North Highland is seeking to hire a Contract Program Manager to help our retail industry clients transform their business initiatives in their corporate systems area.YOU WILL:

Guide teams in the development of impactful deliverables for multiple work streams that create long-term change.Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders that support ongoing projects and open the door to growth opportunities.Identify the complex problems facing our clients and build plans that creatively address their challenges.Update and manage Asana, manage teams, manage project schedules, and manage RAID logs.Put your team's best ideas into action through planning and management; uncover gaps and omissions that may exist in a plan or deliverables.IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

6+ years of management consulting, advisory, professional services, and/or Big 4 consulting experience.7-10 years of Sr. PM / PgM experience managing $10M+ projects/programs.Manage a team of 5+ team members and multiple stakeholders - HR SAP and Retail experience preferred.Experience in estimating project lift for multi-million-dollar projects/programs.Strong understanding of project financials and corporate systems.Strong communicator at all levels of an organization.Strong PowerPoint experience, needed to create decks for meetings.Creative ingenuity and a proven ability to find or design simple solutions to complex challenges.A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. A master's degree and/or professional certifications are bonuses.TRANSFORMING CLIENTS.
