Technology/Corporate Banking Portfolio Manager
based in Salt Lake City, Utah.If you are ready to move your career forward, read on.The role of a Technology/Corporate Banking Portfolio Manager:Work to support a portfolio of technology clients.Develop an overarching risk profile for each potential client.Conduct cash flow analysis on each prospective client and develop a risk profile.Develop loan structures for each approved deal.Monitor approved deals through the loan process; adjust credit risk grades and loan structures as needed.Monitor servicing and covenants of the clients and portfolio and adjust as needed.Maintain a superior knowledge of industry status and trends and keep personnel abreast of any relevant changes.Understand the broader technology ecosystem and know how to identify appropriate candidates that fit the Bank’s risk appetite.Represent the Bank in various community and civic functions to enhance the Bank’s image and establish and maintain market position in the financing arena.Qualifications:Requires a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field and some experience with corporate banking lending and financial spreading and statements or other directly related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.Basic knowledge of corporate banking loans, credit and/or related lending processes and procedures.Knowledge of corporate banking credit analysis, spreading and analyzing financial statements, credit scoring, documentation, etc.Good oral and written communication skills needed to create relationships with clients.Analytical skills needed for lease approvals, credit analysis and underwriting.Good organizational and problem resolution skills. PC skills required.This position will be open until filled.All candidates, including those with criminal histories, will be considered for employment.
