Provide administrative management and coordination for admissions functions. Reports into the Associate Director of Admissions.Responsibilities
Propose and implement strategies to increase top of the funnel applications and yield resultsParticipate in phone and e-mail campaigns to qualify prospective students and answer questionsCounsel prospective students on the admissions processPlan on and off campus EMBA eventsHost and present at EMBA Open Houses and other scheduled eventsPlan and execute large scale annual events, including EMBA Women’s Event and Admitted Student DayRecruit alumni to participate in student recruitment and yield effortsInterview EMBA candidates for admissionRead, evaluate, and present applications in EMBA admissions committee meetingsTravel domestically and internationally for EMBA recruitment and yield purposesLead scholarship process for EMBA programs, making recommendations and tracking dataParticipate in rotational Daytime MBA Officer of the Day responsibilities for the Admissions OfficeManage the EMBA Admitted Student WebsiteAssist as needed with other Fuqua graduate business programsOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications
Undergraduate degree required strongly preferred. Work requires analytical, communications and organizational skills generally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree program.Experience
Work generally requires two years' experience in personnel, college or university administration, or a related field to acquire skills necessary to provide program management, advising and general administrative support or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.Department Preferred Skills and Qualifications
