We’re looking for a Senior Consultant, Cognizant Consulting who can deliver within Cognizant’s Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence, which are: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development.Responsibilities:Be onsite at the client location in Washington, DC 4 days/weekServe as an Agile Coach on our Consulting Engagement with a clientCoach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in adopting Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.Support the management of risks and dependencies and identify and track impediments.Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks.Encourage collaboration between teams and System and Solution Architects/Engineering.Work with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment.Improve the flow of value through value streams by improving and assessing the DevOps and Release on Demand competency.Help drive the Lean User Experience (UX) innovation cycle.Understand and operate within Lean Budgets and ensure adherence to Guardrails.Drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assess the agility level of the ART and Solution Train and help them improve.Facilitate periodic synchronization meetings, including the ART sync at the Program Level and the value stream sync for Solution Trains.Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer/ Agile Coach.Deep understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.Experience working in client-facing roles interacting with key stakeholders.Deep understanding of the DevOps philosophy and Agile methods.Experience in facilitating meetings, workshops, and ceremonies across teams.Consulting experience highly preferred.Agile Certifications or equivalent experience – example – SAFe, Scruminc, SPC, Scrum Alliance.The ability to work onsite 4 days/week at the Washington DC client location.Work AuthorizationCognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between

$81,000 - 130,000
