We’re looking for innovators who can help us keep building on our wide portfolio of secure, affordable, integrated, and multi-domain systems and technologies.The selected candidate will be required to work on-site, full-time at our Redondo Beach, CA campus. The individual will perform the following duties on a day-to-day basis:Job Description:Perform comprehensive assessment of the management, operational, and technical security controls employed within or inherited by an IS.Establish strict program control processes to ensure mitigation of risks and support obtaining certification and accreditation of systems.Assist in the implementation of required government policy (i.e., NISPOM, DCID 6-3).Perform analyses to validate established security requirements and recommend additional security requirements and safeguards.Support the formal Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) required by each government accrediting authority.Document results of Certification and Accreditation activities and prepare the system Security Plans.Conduct a complete review of each system's audits and monitor corrective actions.Note: Due to the classified nature of the work being performed, this position does not offer any virtual or telecommute working options. Applicants are encouraged to apply only if they are willing to work on-site.Basic Qualifications for Level 3:Master's degree with 3 years of experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience; OR an Associate’s degree with 7 years of experience; OR a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 9 years of experience.Current DOD Top Secret level security clearance.Ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Programs as a condition of employment.Active DoD 8570 IAM level II (or higher) security certification.Basic Qualifications for Level 4:Master's Degree with 7 years of experience; OR a Bachelor's Degree with 9 years of experience; OR an Associate's Degree with 11 years of experience; OR a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 13 years of experience.Current DOD Top Secret level security clearance.Ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Programs as a condition of employment.Active DoD 8570 IAM level III security certification.Preferred Qualifications:Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security.Experience with Certification and Accreditation of classified systems and Risk Management Framework.Knowledge of ACAS, NESSUS, SPLUNK, SCAP, NIST, DIACAP, NISPOM, system audits, vulnerability scanning, and RMF package development preferred.We offer flexible work arrangements, phenomenal learning opportunities, and a very friendly team environment.
