The Software Engineer will work with a team of developers and architects to craft innovative automation software solutions that will improve efficiency and productivity, supporting C&EF business requirements. This role is entirely hands-on.The successful candidate will utilize tools like Microsoft Power Platform, Bizagi Automation Platform, RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism), and other software development tools to build and deploy scalable, resilient software applications for the C&EF organization.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop and implement automation solutions for C&EF enterprise platforms & products.Create, build, and deploy software solutions leveraging automation platforms.Work with various stakeholders to understand requirements and build quick prototypes.Utilize UI library components for creating user interfaces and wireframes.Build reports and dashboards using Tableau and other reporting tools.Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain automations throughout the software development lifecycle.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality intelligent automations.Apply innovative solutions to optimize legacy systems and elevate automation capabilities.Stay current on the latest automation technologies.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, testing, and deployment.At least 5 years of experience with automation platforms and tools.At least 3 years of experience in using BPM tools, integration, APIs, Microservices.At least 5 years of experience in writing SQL queries.At least 3 years of hands-on experience in cloud services.Proficient in one or more programming languages.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.Preferred Qualifications:Certification in relevant automation technologies.Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and services.Experience in Life Sciences, Biotech or Pharma industry is a plus.About YouYou are passionate about our purpose and genuinely care about our mission.You bring rigor and excellence to all that you do.You are a generous collaborator with diverse backgrounds.You are determined to do and be your best.You are not afraid to grapple with the unknown and be innovative.LocationsGenmab leverages the effectiveness of an agile working environment for the betterment of employee work-life balance.Our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusionWe are committed to fostering workplace diversity at all levels of the company.Genmab is committed to protecting your personal data and privacy.
