We are looking for an innovation-centric Senior Software Engineer, Application Integration (R&D) to join our IT R&D (Research & Development) Team who is passionate about developing cloud-based software application integrations used by the R&D organization at Genmab. The Senior Software Engineer will support Research, Discovery and Development activities and leverage Informatica iPaaS IICS Intelligent Cloud Integration Services and IDMC Intelligent Data Management Cloud to build and deploy scalable and resilient applications.Your Responsibility
Develop integrations primarily leveraging Informatica IICS and IDMC.Provide integration solutions tailored for R&D functions.Assess existing infrastructure or solution architecture and identify requirements.Drive the adoption of the Enterprise-Integration-as-a-Service model for IT R&D functions.Leverage established integration patterns and optimize efficiency.Sound knowledge of the Data Integration and Application Integration modules of IICS.Identify opportunities to use AI to streamline the lifecycle management of APIs.Expert level proficiency in application integration.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of the integration platform.Continuously discover and evaluate options for integration function efficiency.Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the engineering team.Play a pivotal role in enabling integration solutions that empower our scientists and researchers.Your Qualifications
Experience in Life Sciences, Biotech or Pharma industry.Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.5+ years of experience in developing and executing integrations as Informatica integration developer.Expertise in application integration and cloud mapping design.Strong knowledge in APIs and web-services.Advanced level proficiency in programming languages.Knowledge of and experience with Databases.Understanding of Biotechnology processes and regulatory requirements.Prior experience working with data science tools is nice to have.Experience with Agile framework and cloud security.Excellent Communication skills and problem-solving skills.Integration specific certifications are preferred.Certifications in cloud computing platforms are nice to have.Why Genmab?
