The ERP Systems Support Analyst is a techno-functional role responsible for the analysis, build, monitoring, technical and functional support of the Clinic's D365 Finance and Supply Chain or similar management systems (i.e., Workday, SAP, Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft Financials or HRMS).

Responsibilities

Lead strategic initiatives to enhance ERP systems across the organization, aligning technology solutions with business goals and objectives.

Foster strong partnerships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify and address operational challenges through innovative ERP solutions.

Drive the continuous improvement of service delivery by soliciting and analyzing feedback from clients and business partners.

Adhere to the Duly customer service philosophy.

Champion the Duly customer service philosophy, promoting a culture of excellence in client interactions and service standards.

Partner with our clients to identify solutions to business problems through creative ideation, systems review & procedure/process analysis.

Lead teams in identifying and implementing solutions for complex business problems, leveraging creative ideation and thorough systems analysis.

Define and document business requirements for ERP system changes and implementations, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and industry best practices.

Oversee the configuration and enhancement of ERP modules, integrations, and reporting systems to optimize performance and usability.

Outline and document operational procedures and standards for client support.

Coordinate and/or build and test systems integrations.

Lead cross-functional collaboration for ERP projects, coordinating efforts between IT, Operations, Accounting, and Finance to drive successful outcomes.

Project Manage operational projects and changes.

Perform technical/functional troubleshooting and data analysis to determine root causes of systems problems.

Ensure adherence to Service Level Objectives by overseeing the management of requests and incidents to completion.

Troubleshoot connectivity issues with/between applications, devices and/or network(s).

Manage requests and incidents to completion within Service Level Objectives.

Support critical organizational activities period end, open enrollment, and other critical event activities.

Contribute to corporate knowledge base by documenting best practices, procedures and business process flows.

Drive the enhancement of the corporate knowledge base by proactively documenting and sharing best practices, procedures, and business process flows.

Document solutions, procedures and standards for clients.

Maintain working knowledge of The Clinic's software solutions, solution methodologies and core technologies.

Proactively identify and make recommendations on opportunities for automation of tasks, technology and workflow improvement.

Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in ERP technologies, proactively recommending opportunities for automation and workflow improvements.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field or its equivalent in work experience.

4+ years hands on technical and/or functional experience with D365 Finance and Supply Chain or similar management systems (i.e., Workday, SAP, Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft Financials or HRMS).

Basic understanding of how servers function with the applications supported at the Clinic.

Strong understanding of SDLC (Agile and/or Waterfall) methodologies.

Manage Item Master for Supply Chain.

Working knowledge of systems integration types (EDI, HTTPS, SFTP, etc.).

Basic understanding of TSQL, database administration and basic programming concepts.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Experience using Jira or similar Request Management system.

Ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations with diplomacy and tact while maintaining confidentiality.

Proven knowledge in working with a wide variety of business applications and supporting technologies.

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a problem-solving environment.

Ability to research and report trends and patterns of problems.

Must be able to communicate technical/functional solutions to customers and senior management.

Can operate with a mindset of continuous performance improvement to streamline and automate processes.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
