Lead Business Systems Analyst - Planning

Overall, if delivering innovative technical solutions to business challenges is your “thing,” then this is the perfect job for you!Key AccountabilitiesDetermine operational objectives for improvements by studying business functions surrounding the planning, manufacturing, and procurement cycles; gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formatsSuggest changes to organization leaders and additional stakeholders to support solution-improvement recommendations; actively participate in the implementation of approved changes and leverage effective usage of business systems to drive functional improvementsDesign and champion the development of custom software integrations and solutions; contribute to collaborative projects and help set functional and technical specifications; gather business requirements and write functional design documents for system enhancements; construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specificationsCreate rich, user-centric solutions and assist with developing UX/UI requirements along with the business logic and data needsTroubleshoot process and application issues and propose solutions; identify/set test cases and conduct unit/integration testingAssist in the definition of project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project teams; establishing project budgetsCreate informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement.Qualifications/RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ERP Analyst, or a similar role, with a focus on ERP planning modules (e.g., SAP PP, Oracle ASCP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management).
