About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President, Executive Sales - Private Networks to lead our sales team in the Telecommunication/Wireless industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with our business goals. As the Vice President Sales, In-Building, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our company. Responsible for crafting and executing a strategic sales plan, setting and achieving ambitious sales targets, and building and maintaining strong relationships. Drive sustainable growth by boosting sales and building strong relationships with clients (new and existing).

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field

10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunication industry, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets

5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing and developing a high-performing sales team

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Results driven with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets

5+ years of experience with a CRM system

Adaptability and a solution-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience in selling Private Wireless Solutions

Experience in working with large enterprise customers

Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies

Private Cellular Network experience with working knowledge on Industrial Private Wireless Networks

Experience with CBRS (B48, n48) spectrum and/or licensed band solutions

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base

Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success

Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement business plans and strategies

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners

Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities

Provide timely and responsive customer support to address inquiries and resolve issues.

Stay current with industry knowledge and trends to provide informed product advise

Contribute to the development of sales and marketing materials.

Attend industry events and exhibitions to network and promote the company's products and services.

Keep accurate and organized records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.

Monitor market competition and provide market feedback to the sales and marketing team.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective sales goals and share best practices.

Negotiate and close sales deals while providing transparent and accurate information to clients.

Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Present, promote, and sell company products or services to both new and existing clients.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.

Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with potential clients focusing on Private Wireless Networks (Private 5g, Fiber, Fixed Wireless).

Skills:

As the Vice President, Executive Sales - Private Network, you will need to have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. You will also need strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and customer needs and identify new business opportunities. In addition, you will need to have a deep understanding of the wireless/telecommunication industry and the In-Building solutions we offer. Your ability to develop and implement sales strategies that align with our business goals will be critical to your success in this role.
