Location:Southeast United States but most reside in the Atlanta, Ga Area.Travel: 20%
Key Responsibilities :- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies that drive growth and maintain our competitive edge.- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets.- Drive net new business.- Foster strong client relationships and ensure our integrated technology solutions, including print, IT, and network support, meet the unique needs of each client.- Collaborate with leadership on sales forecasts, business planning, and market strategies.- Provide expert consultation on technology road mapping, network design, and workflow optimization to align our offerings with client objectives.- Maintain a pulse on market trends, ensuring our services continue to drive growth and innovation for our clients.- Oversee hiring, training, and performance management, ensuring a cohesive and motivated sales force.- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings, showcasing our commitment to empowering businesses with top-tier technology solutions.
Qualifications:- Deep understanding of office technology-driven business solutions and their role in enhancing productivity, lowering costs, and reducing risks for clients.- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse sales team.- Strong background in sales, strategy, and client relations within a competitive business environment.- Ability to identify and implement tailored solutions that align with client business goals.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- High integrity, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to adapt to new challenges.- Proficiency with Salesforce and other sales management tools.
