iCapital is looking to hire a Vice President or Senior Vice President to join the Investment Products Marketing team and report to the Head of Product and Audience Marketing. The team is responsible for supporting the launch of new funds on our technology platform and onboarding new users to the investment platform. This individual will work with the team to partner with internal stakeholders and Asset Managers to launch new funds on the platforms. This role will also work closely with Senior Leaders and collaborate with departments and colleagues across the business to prioritize, produce, and deliver integrated campaigns across multiple channels.Responsibilities
Team management:
Manage and develop a team of five Investment Product Marketers.
Marketing workflow optimization:
Streamline and optimize current marketing workflows with a technology first mindset.
Manage the production and utilization of sales enablement assets including sales presentation decks, brochures, etc.Stakeholder relationship management:
Manage key stakeholder relationships with our business partners ensuring partnership on go-to-market strategies, fund launch schedules, and alignment of marketing goals to business expectations.
Take lead as the subject matter expert on investment products to the Marketing and Communications organization.Collaborate with colleagues across the Marketing organization (MCO):
Partner with teams including Brand, Demand Generation Marketing, Content and Storytelling and Center of Excellence to develop, execute and report on Marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
10-15+ years of managing, mentoring and developing high performing marketing teamsStrong written and oral communication skillsAble to manage and influence senior stakeholdersDemonstrated success in driving top line business impact with integrated marketing campaignsExperience in financial services or fintech strongly preferredSelf-motivated with robust project management and process development skillsThe base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $200,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
